BRIEF: To promote a new housing development, Park House Meadows, of 40+ homes to a middle class, new family demographic, looking for a balance of countryside living and travel routes to urban and work environments.
SOLUTION: A sympathetic brand was created to communicate the core values and quality of the housing development whilst implying the price point of the houses contained within. Consideration was also paid to the possibility of new developments, by the same company, being built in the area that would need promoting in a similar way, but also be distinguishable as a separate development. Boldesign implemented the brand across all platforms from brochures, posters, hoardings, signs and sales huts whilst Pop Creative took the brochure and developed online e-brochures.
